Healthy Care Super Magnesium Powder contains magnesium glycinate, vitamin C, vitamin B6, calcium, potassium, and taurine in a convenient powder format for daily supplementation.

Each 9g dose contains

• Magnesium Glycinate 3.1g
  – Equivalent to Magnesium 403.2mg
• Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) 310.5mg
• Vitamin B6 (from Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 42.57mg
• Calcium (from Calcium Phosphate) 63.27mg
• Potassium (from Monobasic Potassium Phosphate) 52.2mg
• Taurine 3.1g

Directions for Use

• Adults 19 years and over:
  - Mix 1 level dessertspoon (approximately 9g) into 200mL of water once daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

• No added yeast, lactose, dairy products, artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives.
