Healthy Care High Strength Ashwagandha contains Ashwagandha root extract in a convenient tablet format for daily supplementation.

Each tablet contains:

• Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) dry root extract 300 mg
  – equivalent to dry root 13.5 g

Directions for Use

• Adults: Take 2 tablets daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.
