Healthy Care Vitamin C 250mg provides vitamin C from ascorbic acid and sodium ascorbate in a convenient tablet format for daily supplementation.

Each tablet contains

• Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 116.4mg
• Sodium Ascorbate 151.27mg
  – Equivalent to Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 133.7mg

Directions

• Adults: Take 1 to 4 tablets daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
