Healthy Care Flaxseed Oil 1000mg provides cold-pressed flaxseed (linseed) oil, a plant-based source of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), in a convenient soft capsule format for daily supplementation.

• Linseed Oil (Flaxseed Oil) 1000mg
  – Equivalent to Alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA) 500mg

Directions for Use

• Adults: Take 1 to 2 capsules three times daily with meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
• Children (2 years and over): Take 1 to 2 capsules daily. Pierce the capsule and squeeze the contents into juice, milk, or cereal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
