Healthy Care Cod Liver Oil contains cod liver oil, providing naturally occurring Vitamin A, Vitamin D3, and omega-3 fatty acids in a convenient soft capsule format for daily supplementation.

  • Equivalent to Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 2.5 micrograms

Directions for Use

• Adults: Take 1–3 capsules daily with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
• Children 4–12 years: Take 1 capsule daily. Pierce the capsule and squeeze the contents into milk, juice, or cereal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
• Children under 4 years: Use only as directed by your healthcare professional.
